How you get from Dhaka to Saudi Arabia, step by step.

The 7 steps

Timelines below are typical. Medical results, embassy workload and the employer's schedule can make a step faster or slower, and we will always tell you where your file is.

1. 1. Registration & job selection

   Day 1 You & us

   Visit our Mirpur office, choose a job that suits your skills and sign a service agreement. You receive a money receipt for every payment.

   Bring: Passport National ID card 2 photos

2. 2. Employer documents

   3–5 days Us

   We collect the visa authorisation and power of attorney from your employer and prepare your file for the embassy.

   Bring: Certificates (if any) Experience letter (skilled jobs)

3. 3. GAMCA medical test

   3–5 days You

   We book your slip at a GAMCA-approved medical centre. Come fasting in the morning. Results usually arrive within 3 days.

   Bring: Passport 4 photos GAMCA slip from us

4. 4. Police clearance

   5–7 days You & us

   Apply for the police clearance certificate online. Our team helps you fill in the form and follows up on verification.

   Bring: Passport copy NID copy Proof of address

5. 5. Biometrics & visa stamping

   10–20 days You & us

   Give your fingerprints at the Tasheel visa centre, then we submit your passport to the Saudi embassy for stamping.

   Bring: Original passport Appointment letter from us

6. 6. BMET clearance & smart card

   3–5 days You & us

   Attend the pre-departure orientation, give fingerprints at BMET and receive your emigration smart card. Government fees are paid at the bank.

   Bring: Stamped passport PDO certificate Bank receipts

7. 7. Flight & arrival

   2–3 days Us

   We confirm your ticket, give a final briefing with your contract copy, and see you off at Hazrat Shahjalal Airport. Your employer arranges the iqama after arrival.
